As a Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead an experienced team in delivering high-quality pharmacy services. This hands-on role involves:

• Overseeing daily operations and maintaining seamless workflow
• Providing professional services, health advice, and clinical interventions
• Mentoring and supporting staff, including a dispensary coordinator and pharmacy technicians
• Driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer care

You'll work full-time with flexible hours and the opportunity to accrue monthly RDOs.

• General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
• At least 3 years of community pharmacy experience in Australia.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid Australian work rights.
• Ability to manage workflow efficiently in a dynamic environment

• $60-$65 per hour (depending on experience)
• Supportive team with no sole pharmacist responsibilities
