Job Specification:
- Hybrid role: 2 days in an aged care facility + 2 days in a community pharmacy.
- Aged care focus: Medication reviews, updates, and education for residents, nurses, and staff.
- Community pharmacy duties: Dispensing, aged care services, and customer engagement.
- Schedule: 4 days per week + alternate Saturday mornings.
- Training provided to ensure confidence in aged care responsibilities.
Skills Required:
- General registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist.
- Accredited ACOP training porogram
- Existing MMR credential and commit to completing by 30 June 2025
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- 2 years previous experience in Australia as a pharmacist
- Experience with Fred dispense system (preferred).
Salary & Benefits:
- $55 per hour (negotiable based on experience).

- Low methadone/ORT requirements and DAA packing managed by technicians.
