Situated in a regional city in the Central Highlands of Victoria, this pharmacy is conveniently located next to a medical centre. The area offers a rich history, a thriving arts scene, and a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants, all within easy reach of Melbourne.

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Manager to oversee pharmacy operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure exceptional patient care. In this role, you will:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and mentor staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional practice
• Dispense medications and provide expert health advice
• Oversee clinical interventions and patient care programs
• Drive business growth while ensuring smooth workflow

This full-time role offers flexible working hours, with the option to accrue monthly RDOs.

• General AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 3 years experience as a pharmacist in Australia.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a busy environment

• $60-$65 per hour, depending on experience
• Supportive team with 3 pharmacists, 1 dispensary coordinator, 2 dispensary technicians, and 4 front-of-shop staff
• Manage a script trade of 300 per day and 600 DAA packs in a dedicated pack room
• Work within a well-structured pharmacy with no methadone/ORT services required
