Aged Care Pharmacy located towards the north east of the Melbourne CBD. This role will require travelling to multiple nursing home sites across Melbourne.
Job Specification
Locum Pharmacist required for an immediate start for 4-6 weeks.
Work hours: 9am - 5:30pm (1/2hr break) Monday to Friday (start & finish times may vary for the nursing home visits) **please note - the 1/2hr break is compulsory for all locums**
Locum pharmacist required for visiting the nursing homes, auditing & checking nursing home charts and DAA's. Whilst on site the locum will be liaising with nursing home staff and healthcare team. Company car may be provided when available, but if not available locum will need to use their own car - travel expenses for this will be reimbursed if using own car for the nursing home visits.
Depending on start time on the day, locum may leave directly from their own home to get to the nursing homes. Aged care experience will be highly regarded, otherwise training can be provided.

Locum Pharmacist required from Monday 2nd September for 4-6 weeks.
Work hours: 9am - 5:30pm (1/2hr break) Monday to Friday
Job Description: Locum will be working in an Aged Care Pharmacy and your duties will mainly include checking DAA's- sachets. Locum must be ready to work in a non- community & non- hospital environment. Aged care experience will be highly regarded, otherwise training can be provided.
Skills & Experience Required
* Registered as a pharmacist with the Australian Pharmacy Board (AHPRA)
* FRED experience;
* WebsterCare or Sachet checking experience would be an advantage
* Drivers licence required (and no problems with traffic, driving on the highway - auto car will be provided, if not available will be reimbursed for using their own)
* Either previous experience going onsite to Nursing Homes to counsel/meet with RN's and AC's or are not afraid to do so.
Salary & Benefits
$42/hr + super Monday to Friday. Company car provided when possible - reimbursement will be provided should the locum be required to use their own vehicle.
