Client & Location Information:
A modern retail pharmacy located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast region.

Job Specification:
As the full-time Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy's retail division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your leadership will be key to creating a positive team environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing rosters and timekeeping for your team.
  • Driving the store's loyalty program and brand initiatives.
  • Training new staff and developing existing team members.
  • Overseeing stock management and merchandising.
  • Handling recruitment and managing workplace relations when required.

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday roster.

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience within a community pharmacy.
  • People management skills.
  • An understanding of effective stock control practices.
  • Clear and open communication style.


Salary & Benefits:
$32 - $36 /hr plus super plus incentives based around KPI's to be negotiated.
