Job Specification:

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing front-of-shop (FOS) stock levels, including ordering, merchandising, and promotions.
• Ensuring the pharmacy's presentation meets high standards.
• Leading and training staff to excel in their roles.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment.

The role requires working collaboratively with a team that includes three Pharmacists, a Dispensary Technician, and two Pharmacy Assistants.


Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager in community pharmacy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
