North West Brisbane suburb is the home of this community pharmacy where you will be well supported by the involved owner and pharmacy team.

Job Specification:

As the full-time Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy's retail division, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your leadership will be key to creating a positive team environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing rosters and timekeeping for your team.

• Driving the store's loyalty program and brand initiatives.

• Training new staff and developing existing team members.

• Overseeing stock management and merchandising.

• Handling recruitment and managing workplace relations when required.

Monday to Friday roster, but with there being flexibility if you were wanting time off during the week to roster yourself in to the weekend shifts.

Skills Required:

* Community pharmacy experience.
* People management skills.
* An understanding of effective stock control practices.
* Clear and open communication style.

Salary & Benefits:

$35/hr plus super plus incentive program.
