Job Specification:

Step into a pivotal leadership role as a Services-Focused Pharmacist Manager, overseeing four forward-dispensing pharmacies. Each location boasts an experienced team, including Pharmacists in Charge and Dispensary Technicians. Responsibilities include:

• Managing team operations across all sites.
• Delivering and expanding professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations.
• Driving the journey towards full-scope practice across the group.
• Ensuring efficient dispensary operations with centralised robotic packing for over 350 patients.

Skills Required

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Vaccination accreditation or willingness to obtain (current First Aid and CPR certification required).
• Proven leadership and people management experience in community pharmacy.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Full-scope practice training (completed or willing to undertake).
