Job Specification:

Join a health service that values teamwork, continuous learning, and outstanding patient care. As the Director of Pharmacy, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering modern, patient-centred pharmacy services across inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, and an urgent care centre.

This position combines strategic leadership with direct clinical engagement, allowing you to influence both the direction and delivery of care. You'll also be instrumental in educational initiatives-supporting patient medication understanding and mentoring pharmacy staff in a professional and nurturing environment.

Skills Required:

• General registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA
• 5 years previous Australian hospital and clinical pharmacy experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SHPA guidelines.
• Previous experience in managing a small team effectively
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Australian work rights

Salary & Benefits:

• TT20 , weekly salary $2412.70
  
• Full-time Monday to Friday position (80 hours per fortnight)
