    Located just outside of Toowoomba this pharmacy is undergoing an exciting transformation and this is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing healthcare hub in the Lockyer Valley region.

    Job Specification:

    As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead dispensary operations while working closely with a supportive team, including a Lead Dispensary Technician, retail staff, and an Intern Pharmacist starting in early 2025.

    Flexibility is offered around the workdays and hours, with the shop operating Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. You will have the option to work some Saturdays with assistance from a long-serving and friendly team.

    State of the Art robotic dispensing will be a game changer for your experience in managing a community pharmacy operation. Exciting times to come on board with the expansion changes that are afoot.

    Skills Required

    • Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with the existing team.
    • Experience or interest in managing dispensary operations, including DAA, ORT, and medicinal cannabis services.

    Salary & Benefits:

    • Competitive hourly rate of $65/hr + superannuation.
