Join a modern community pharmacy located in a friendly suburb of Melbourne just 21km south-east of the CBD. The pharmacy has a strong local presence and is renowned for its friendly service and excellent staff, as evidenced by its outstanding Google reviews.


Job Specification:

We are seeking a full-time or part-time Pharmacist In Charge to join our dynamic team. You will be part of a supportive environment where the owners are actively involved in the pharmacy's operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an expanding team, providing excellent pharmacy services to the community.

Key Details:

• Computer System: FRED

• Script Trade: 500 per day

• Automation: ROWA Robot

• Shop Hours: 9am-9pm Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Sat-Sun

• Work Hours: Flexible, with shared evening shifts and alternating weekends

• Pharmacists on Duty: 3-4 during weekdays, sole pharmacist on weekends

• Support Staff: 3 Dispensing Technicians, 25 shop staff in total

• Methadone/ORT/CPOP: 15 patients

• DAA/Packs: 180 nursing home and 180 community packs, managed by a dedicated DAA Pharmacist

Skills Required:

• Pharmacist Registration: Must have general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team

• Customer Focus: Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Salary & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $52-$57 per hour Monday-Friday, $65 per hour for evenings, $60-$65 per hour on Saturdays, and $65 per hour on Sundays, depending on experience.
