Located in stunning East Gippsland, this community-focused retail pharmacy is a short 3-hour drive from Melbourne. The area offers a relaxed pace, affordable housing, and an inviting community, making it an ideal spot for both professional growth and personal well-being.

Job Specification

As Pharmacist Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and dispensary, including:

• Managing and rostering staff.
• Counselling customers and maintaining compliance with Pharmacy Board guidelines.
• Dispensing (FRED system), script checking (~300 daily), and overseeing approximately 110 DAA packs packed by techs.
• Providing methadone services (4 patients/week).
• Participating in the Victorian Community Pharmacist Statewide Pilot to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

This role ensures strong support with two pharmacists always on duty, plus 2-3 dispense techs and 4 additional shop staff.

Skills Required

• General registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Australian community pharmacy (excluding internship year)
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Accredited vaccinator
