Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll lead a dynamic and sizable team of Pharmacists, Technicians, and Pharmacy Assistants. Your role will focus on medication management, vaccination services, and fostering strong community connections through intentional engagement and high-quality healthcare.

Skills Required:

• AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist with proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong skills in team leadership and customer service, with a focus on community engagement.
• Familiarity with Fred dispensing software and Robotic Dispense (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to managing a busy pharmacy.
• Vaccination accredited.

Salary & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $65-$80/hr (dependant upon management experience and Pharmacist skills) plus super and full permanent entitlements.
