Job Specification:

This is a Clinical Pharmacist Team Leader role that will have you providing operational and professional management for a team of Pharmacists.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working in Clinical Ward areas and dispensary (about 50% of your time).,
  • Management tasks such as rostering, workload allocation, developing staff performance, coaching and mentoring, managing service provision, engaging with other hospital staff and managers (eg Nurse Unit Managers).

Your role will also provide additional diversity as you collaborate with other Pharmacist Team Leaders across different areas of this organisation. This also provides awesome opportunity for networking and support.

This is predominantly a Monday to Friday roster 7.30-4 or 8-4.30 with occasional involvement in a weekend roster (averages approximately 1 in 8).

Skills Required:

* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Experience in a ward-based clinical pharmacy.

* Proven ability in leading a pharmacy team.

* Mindset that will have you willing to work alongside your team to achieve outcomes.

* Excellent communication style with all people.

* Well organised.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range HP Level 4 - $61.80 to $66.48/hr plus superannuation.

Salary sacrificing option available.
