Looking to take that step into management? A pharmacy in a tranquil village is looking for a dynamic full time Pharmacist Manager to drive the business to the next level and lead a high energy team. This would be perfect for you gain valuable training of higher level management within a large group.

Job Specification:

The Monday to Friday roster on 42 to 45 hours/ week, where you will be supported by a professional experienced team to handle a medium paced dispensary. Your well developed leadership skills and ability lead by example will be your key to success. Delivering services including dispensing and counselling within a small team awesome people. Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare, dispense accurately and efficiently.
• Broad knowledge across pharmacy services.
• Deliver exemplary patient counselling, advice to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Develop, maintain excellent relationships with allied health care professionals.
• Maintain friendly but professional relationships with loyal patients.

Skills Required:

• Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Organised and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication skills, ability to build maintain rapport with customers.
• Ability to address customer needs with sensitivity, empathy and professionalism.

Salary & Benefits:

Negotiable salary from $55/hour depending on your experience and accrediations plus super, plus an incentive program paid quarterly
