Client & Location Information:

This opportunity is in the beautiful coastal location of Mandurah, 1 hour's drive south of Perth. This pharmacy is located in a vibrant residential area within Mandurah, offering a mix of canals, beaches, and a welcoming community atmosphere. The pharmacy is situated in a busy shopping complex with supermarkets, speciality stores, and cafes, making it a central hub for locals and visitors alike.



Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll take the reins of this well-loved community pharmacy. This is your chance to step into a leadership role within a pharmacy that has deep roots in the local community. You'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing a team of four pharmacists, and three dispensary technicians, and ensuring the pharmacy continues to thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vaccination services
  • Managing the team and daily operations
  • Maintaining strong community relationships

The pharmacy uses the Minfos system. No robotic dispensing.

The Dispensary is well supported with a large team of Pharmacists and Dispensary Technicians.



Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in pharmacy management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong community engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with the Minfos computer system.
  • Ability to provide vaccination services.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Weekdays: $55 - $60/hr
  • Saturday: $60 - $65/hr
  • Sunday: $65 - $70/hr
  • Superannuation provided on all rates.

This is a full-time position offering a stable work environment with a team of 22 permanent staff members across the dispensary and front-of-shop.
