Job Specification:

As a full-time Pharmacist Manager, you will lead and inspire your team, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving successful business outcomes. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing store performance against key objectives and budget
• Dispensing medications and delivering professional services
• Providing health counselling and recording clinical interventions
• Practicing forward pharmacy

Skills Required:

• General registration with AHPRA.
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Fred computer systems

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of $50-$55
