Job Specification:

In this role, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage a dynamic team of assistants, dispensary technicians, and two other pharmacists. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the dispensary, stock control, PBS claims, and CPA programs
• Administering immunisations and promoting forward dispensing practices
• Leading and mentoring the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations
• Delivering high-quality patient care and customer service

This role is ideal for someone with proven pharmacy management experience who is organised, patient-focused, and eager to lead a talented team.

Skills Required:

• General registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
• 2 years experiecne in Australia, managing a community pharmacy.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a diverse team
• Proficiency with the Fred computer system
• A commitment to exceptional patient care

Salary & Benefits:

Other Information:

• Script Trade: Approximately 180 scripts per day
• Shop Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm; Saturday 9:30am-5pm; Sunday 10am-4pm
• Workforce: 2 full-time pharmacists, 2 dispensary technicians, and a team of 18 shop staff
• DAA/Packs: 12 Webster packs handled by the technician
