Job Specification

Join this leading retail community pharmacy as a Pharmacist in Charge, where you'll oversee daily operations and help maintain exceptional service standards. You'll work alongside a friendly, experienced team, including another pharmacist, two dispense technicians, and shop staff (a retail manager and front-of-shop assistant). The pharmacy's supportive owner is actively involved and provides mentoring when needed, though strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

You'll benefit from consistent support, as there are always two pharmacists on duty.

Skills Required

• General registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
• 2 years in an Australian community pharmacy
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills

Salary & Benefits

• $55 per hour
• $200 weekly rental assistance
