Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Production Team Leader, within this TGA-licensed oncology production facility, your primary duties will involve providing pharmacist supervision to the production technicians during afternoon and evening manufacture sessions, and to ensure the day's workload is completed in full within the allotted time ready for evening dispatch.

Monitoring and maintaining team KPI's - in line with TGA standards - will also form an important part of the role.

Skills Required:
* Current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
* Have flexility to assist with operational requirements across various practice areas and pharmacy group sites.
* Well-developed communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Genuine desire to deliver optimal patient care within this specialist setting.

Salary & Benefits:
