Intern Pharmacist - Gippsland

Client & Location Information:
Located in the heart of East Gippsland, this thriving regional city is just over 3 hours from Melbourne. With a population of around 16,000, this family-friendly community offers excellent schools, recreational activities, and is a major commercial hub for the region.

Job Specification:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Pharmacist to join a community-focused pharmacy. This role provides a supportive learning environment with a well-structured internship program.

Key responsibilities include:
Dispensing prescriptions and assisting in the pharmacy's daily operations.
Providing professional healthcare services and medication advice to the community.
Delivering outstanding customer service while working alongside experienced pharmacists and pharmacy assistants.
Supporting professional services, including methadone dispensing and Webster packing.

Essential Requirements:
AHPRA registration (Provisional or Limited).
Valid Australian work rights (Not eligible for student visa holders, as this is a full-time position).
6 months previous experience working or training in an Australian community pharmacy.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits:
$30/hr + Super
2 hours of paid study time.
ITP fee covered
