Client & Location Information:

This pharmacy is located in the Whitsunday region of North Queensland. This is not a big corporate, but rather an owner/operator pharmacy, where you will get to work alongside and learn from someone who is passionate about pharmacy and the provision of standout pharmacy services.

This owner is due to complete the Further Scope of Practice training shortly and is excited to share what she has learnt with the loyal locals as well as the pharmacy team.

Job Specification:

As the Intern Pharmacist you will be valued as a member of the team as you bring your passion for pharmacy and learning all you can through your Intern year to work with you each day.

You will have a very broad year of learning as you are mentored by the owner, who will be your Preceptor. The good news is she is just completing her Scope of Practice training so will have a wealth of knowledge to share in her easy and friendly communiction style.

Monday to Friday roster with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Skills Required:

* Completed your Australian university pharmacy studies and ready to go with your Provisional registration either in place or soon to be.
* Ideally you will have been working in Australian pharmacy whilst doing your study.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Genuinely enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
* Essential that you are keen and excited to be in a pharmacy setting providing Full Scope of Practice services to the community.

Salary & Benefits:

$35/hr + super.
